A sum of nearly VND 490 million (pre-tax value) was recovered from the People’s Committee of Ba Don town due to shortcomings in the design of construction drawings and cost estimates, selection of construction contractors, supervision, and settlement of the construction contract for the reinforced concrete bridge and road project from Quang Loc to the center of southern communes.
