Bosch Group also expressed its desire to cooperate with Vietnam in training high-quality human resources, especially in Industry 4.0, and is ready to provide smart traffic safety management solutions for Vietnam.
At the event, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang affirmed that Vietnam is striving to improve its legal system to keep up with the world’s development trends. The government is focusing on building mechanisms and policies to encourage and attract investment projects in high technology, new technology, especially semiconductors, artificial intelligence, and software development…
The Deputy Prime Minister affirmed that the Vietnamese government always creates favorable conditions for German businesses, including Bosch Group, to feel secure and continue their long-term investment and business in Vietnam, contributing to further deepening the Vietnam-Germany strategic partnership, which is developing beautifully.
Last year, at the Foreign Investment Enterprise Conference on October 16, chaired by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Mr. Gaur Dattatreya, CEO of Bosch Global Software Technologies, shared two key points that he believed were crucial for Vietnam’s sustainable development and the success of foreign businesses and investors.
First is the importance of human resource development. “At Bosch, we have an age-old motto: Putting people first – and this motto is becoming more valuable over time. We also have specific plans to continue investing in high-quality human resources in Vietnam in new areas such as semiconductors and chip design,” said the CEO of Bosch Global Software Technologies.
He analyzed that people are essential agents of change and the decisive factor in creating differences in countries’ economic prospects. Additionally, the quality of human resources is one of the main factors influencing the decision to place or shift the base of multinational corporations.
“Therefore, we sincerely recommend that the government consider and make specific plans to develop human resources in key high-tech industries,” Bosch’s representative emphasized.
At this event, Mr. Truong Gia Binh, Chairman of FPT Group, affirmed, “Enterprises need human resources, and Vietnam’s research institutes, universities, and educational institutions are ready to train and provide an invaluable ‘human resource treasure’ for enterprises.”
