The Hanoi People’s Committee has issued a decision to name 22 new roads and adjust the length of three streets and two public parks. This decision was made after the 17th meeting of the Hanoi People’s Council, held from July 1st to July 4th, 2024, where the proposals were approved and ratified.
The Hanoi People’s Committee has instructed the People’s Committees of the districts, counties, and towns to collaborate with relevant departments to demarcate and install signage for the 22 newly named roads, as well as adjust the length of the three streets and two public facilities.
Additionally, the Hanoi Police Department has been directed to guide the police in the districts and counties with newly named roads to adjust household registration, citizen identification, and related documents to ensure stability at the grassroots level.
Pháo Đài Láng Street has been adjusted in length.
The list of 22 newly named roads includes:
1. Phượng Bãi Street (Ha Dong District): From the intersection of Biên Giang Street at house number 122 (Phượng Bài neighborhood) to the intersection at the entrance of Yên Thành neighborhood, Biên Giang Ward. Length: 880m, Width: 7-9m.
2. Đồng Dâu Street (Ha Dong District). Length: 1,260m, Width: 5-7m.
3. Hoàng Trình Thanh Street (Ha Dong District). Length: 1,090m, Width: 18.5m.
4. Nguyễn Văn Luyện Street (Ha Dong District). Length: 2,000m, Width: 40m.
5. Cự Khối Street (Long Bien District). Length: 1,250m, Width: 25m.
6. Hoa Động Street (Long Bien District). Length: 830m, Width: 13.5m.
7. Nguyễn Gia Bồng Street (Long Bien District). Length: 1,780m, Width: 40m.
8. Đồng Thanh Street (Long Bien District). Length: 620m, Width: 13.5m.
9. Quán Tình Street (Long Bien District). Length: 500m, Width: 13.5m.
10. Vo Trung Street (Long Bien District). Length: 500m, Width: 13.5m.
11. Lý Đàm Nghiên Street (Hoai Duc District). Length: 1,260m, Width: 9.5-12.5m.
12. Triệu Túc Street (Hoai Duc District), Length: 2,000m, Width: 16.5m.
13. Phù Lưu Tế Street (My Duc District). Length: 2,430m, Width: 6-11m.

18. Trinh Tiết Street (My Duc District): From the intersection of National Highway 419 at Km63+700 at the entrance of Trinh Tiết Village, Trinh Tiết Hamlet, Đại Hưng Commune to the intersection of the proposed “Trung Nghĩa” Street at Sêu Market. Length: 540m, Width: 7.5-8m.
19. Thượng Tiết Street (My Duc District). Length: 2,170m, Width: 7-9m.
20. Trần Thị Bắc Street (Sóc Sơn District). Length: 620m, Width: 10m.
21. Quang Liệt Street (Thanh Trì District). Length: 1,140m, Width: 16m.
22. Phương Dung Street (Thanh Trì District). Length: 2,750m, Width: 20m.
The three streets with adjusted lengths are as follows:
1. Huỳnh Thúc Kháng Street (Dong Da District): From the end of Huỳnh Thúc Kháng Street at the intersection of Nguyễn Chí Thanh and Huỳnh Thúc Kháng to the intersection of Cầu Giấy Street at the Icon4 Tower. Length: Extended by 1,290m, Width: 30m.
2. Pháo Đài Láng Street (Dong Da District): From the intersection of Nguyễn Chí Thanh and Huỳnh Thúc Kháng to number 8 Pháo Đài Láng.
3. Lệ Mật Street (Long Bien District): From the end of Lệ Mật Street to the intersection of Đào Đình Luyện Street. Length: 460m, Width: 13.5m.
The two newly named public facilities are:
1. Long Bien Park, located in Viet Hung Ward (Long Bien District) with an area of 157,237 square meters.
2. Ngọc Thụy Park: located in Ngọc Thụy and Thượng Thanh Wards, Long Bien District, with an area of 68,554 square meters.
