An important piece of news is that temporary construction on planned land will be granted a red book (land use right certificate).

According to the Thu Duc City Branch of the Office of Land Registration, based on legal regulations and the Coordination Regulations on handling certification of property ownership rights issued together with Document No. 13590 by the Thu Duc City Branch of the Office of Land Registration, to create synchronization and uniformity in confirming property registration attached to land plots that have been granted red books or in registering changes in assets attached to land regarding temporary construction permits of households and individuals (referred to as completion dossiers), the Thu Duc City Branch of the Office of Land Registration will issue red books to the people.

Since August 1, the Thu Duc City Branch of the Office of Land Registration has implemented registration of changes for completion dossiers with temporary construction permits in accordance with the 2024 Land Law.

Therefore, the Thu Duc City Branch of the Office of Land Registration proposes that the People’s Committees of 34 wards in Thu Duc City coordinate in inspecting the status and determining the construction content in comparison with the temporary construction permits before the Thu Duc City Branch of the Office of Land Registration implements the registration of changes in accordance with Decree 101.

At the same time, it is proposed that the People’s Committees of the 34 wards disseminate this information to the people. Please contact the reception and result retrieval area of the Thu Duc City Branch of the Office of Land Registration for guidance on declaring, establishing, and submitting completion dossiers for the case of constructing houses according to temporary construction permits as mentioned above.

For many years, in Thu Duc City, houses located in planning projects, especially new residential land, have been granted temporary construction permits but not red books. With the approach taken by the Thu Duc City Branch of the Office of Land Registration, the rights and interests of the people will be better protected. People can also feel secure when investing money in constructing houses on planned land.
