The Masterplan: Unveiling the Expansive Park Precinct A vision unfolds with a park expanse surpassing Thống Nhất and Thủ Lệ combined, strategically positioned along two luxurious billion-dollar roads, and neighboring an array of grand-scale projects in Đan Phượng.

The master plan reveals a vibrant, multi-functional park destined to become a landmark in Tan Hoi, Dan Phuong District, Hanoi. Spanning an impressive 83 hectares, this park will be a green oasis, four times the size of Hoa Binh Park, conveniently located along the Tay Thang Long and Vanh Dai 4 routes.

The multi-functional park is expected to span approximately 83 hectares, making it larger than both Thong Nhat Park (50 ha) and Thu Le Park (28 ha) combined. To put it into perspective, this park is about four times the size of Hoa Binh Park (20 ha) as seen in the picture.

What sets this park apart is not just its vast expanse but also its location amidst three major urban areas: Vinhomes Wonder Park Dan Phuong, Tan Tay Do Urban Area, and Phoenix Garden Urban Area. These are substantial residential developments in Dan Phuong District, Hanoi.

Among these, the most notable is Vinhomes Wonder Park Dan Phuong. This project, developed by Vingroup, covers an area of 133 hectares (1.33 km2) and stretches across two communes: Tan Hoi and Lien Trung.

Returning to the multi-functional park, its location, according to the master plan, will be along the Tay Thang Long road.

The park will extend along Tay Thang Long Road, starting near Vinhomes Wonder Park Dan Phuong and ending at the intersection with the Capital Region’s Ring Road 4, close to Phoenix Garden Urban Area.

In reality, the Tay Thang Long road section passing through the multi-functional park remains unconstructed, and funding for its development has only recently been announced.

The section of the road traversing the park is part of the Tay Thang Long Road project from Ring Road 3.5 to the Dan Hoai Canal, approximately 6 kilometers in length, and funded by the city’s budget to the tune of VND 1,300 billion.

Similarly, the Ring Road 4 section intersecting with the multi-functional park has only recently taken shape, and it is anticipated to be completed and operational in about two years.

Up to this point, not much information has been disclosed about the construction of this multi-functional park. The area is predominantly agricultural, with fields and crops belonging to the local residents.

Upon observation, the area of Tan Hoi commune and its surroundings in Dan Phuong district has a scarcity of parks or recreational, fitness, and sports facilities for the local populace.

Meanwhile, the population in this area is growing, especially with the aforementioned three large urban developments: Vinhomes Wonder Park Dan Phuong, Tan Tay Do Urban Area, and Phoenix Garden Urban Area. Consequently, the future population in this area is expected to be significant. Thus, the development of a multi-functional park is a much-needed amenity.
