The “Vietfood & Beverage – Propack Vietnam 2024” international exhibition for the food, beverage, and packaging processing technology industries, took place from August 8 to 10 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC). This highly anticipated trade promotion event in the F&B industry is expected to attract over 25,000 visitors. Compared to the 2023 edition, this year’s exhibition has witnessed a significant expansion, with a display area of 36,000 square meters, featuring 1,200 booths (a 40% increase), and hosting 900 businesses from over 20 countries and territories.

Attending this exhibition, the Chin-su spice brand, representing Masan Consumer Holdings, proudly introduces to consumers, partners, and friends from all over the world, a premium collection of spices that has taken many countries by storm.

Among Chin-su’s internationally-acclaimed product line-up, the Chin-su Ca Com Bien Dong fish sauce stands out. This product has successfully conquered global markets, with a presence in the US, Australia, Canada, Europe, and Japan. Recognizing the “Vietfood & Beverage – Propack Vietnam” event as an opportunity to expand export cooperation and introduce Vietnamese specialty spices to more countries worldwide, Chin-su also showcases its internationally-acclaimed products under the “Go Global – Around the World” strategy implemented by Masan Consumer. This includes the Chin-su Sriracha chili sauce made from Vietnamese bird’s eye chili, the parallel sold Vietnam & Japan seasoning set, and the latest spice collection featuring seeds and powders, capturing the essence of specialties from various regions along the S-shaped country.

The diverse collection of Chin-su spices, including fish sauce, seasoning powder, chili sauce, and the seed and powder spice set, showcased at the exhibition.

In addition to the extensive product range, visitors to the Chin-su booth can also witness unique culinary performances by top culinary artisans and chefs. During the three-day event, with the support of Chin-su, the chefs and artisans will present captivating dishes, celebrating Vietnamese and international cuisine enhanced by Vietnam’s distinctive spices.

A highlight of the event is the performance showcasing beef pho, a dish acclaimed by many global culinary organizations, prepared by artisan Le Thi Thiet, chairman of the Nam Dinh Pho Club. Enjoying a hot bowl of pho with the aromatic and spicy Chin-su Sriracha chili sauce, used in place of fresh chili, will surely tantalize the taste buds of visitors.
