As of July 31, 2024, ABBank had 19 shareholders owning 1% or more of the bank’s charter capital, including 16 individual shareholders and 3 institutional shareholders. These shareholders held over 689 million ABB shares, equivalent to 66.6% of the bank’s charter capital.

The three institutional shareholders owned nearly 348 million shares, representing 33.6% of ABBank’s charter capital. Among them, Maybank held more than 169 million shares (16.39%). Geleximco Group – Joint Stock Company owned over 132 million shares (12.78%), and related parties held over 48 million shares (4.65%). In addition, Glexhomes Joint Stock Company held 45.8 million shares (4.43%), and related parties owned more than 340,000 shares (0.03%).

The Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Geleximco Group, Mr. Vu Van Tien, is the Vice Chairman of ABBank’s Board of Directors and does not appear on the list of individuals owning 1% or more of the bank’s charter capital. According to the six-month management report, Mr. Tien owned only about 3.8 million ABB shares, equivalent to 0.366%.

The Chairman of ABBank’s Board of Directors, Mr. Dao Manh Khang, is also not among the shareholders owning 1% or more of the bank’s charter capital.

Among the 16 individual shareholders owning 1% or more of ABBank, Ms. Vu Thi Hai Yen had the highest ownership ratio (4.23%), followed by Ms. Kieu Thi Lieu (3.54%).

Individual shareholders owning 2% or more included Mr. To Tuan Anh, Ms. Ta Thi Hong Ha, Mr. Pham Thanh Tuan, Ms. Pham Thi Huong Ly, and Ms. Vu Thi Minh Phuong.

Mr. Vu Van Hau (brother of Mr. Vu Van Tien) held over 20 million ABB shares, representing 1.96% of the bank’s capital. Related parties of Mr. Vu Van Hau owned nearly 160 million shares (15.45%).
