In Decision No. 814, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha has been assigned additional tasks in overseeing and directing the fields of banking, commerce, import and export, as well as oil supply and logistics services. He will also be monitoring and guiding the State Bank of Vietnam.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha will continue to oversee and direct industries such as industry, construction, transportation, natural resources and the environment, as well as national, regional, and provincial planning. He provides guidance to the Ministries of Industry and Trade, Transport, Natural Resources and Environment, Construction, the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, Hanoi National University, and Ho Chi Minh City National University.
Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang will take on the additional portfolio of planning and investment, directing the Ministry of Planning and Investment. Currently, Mr. Quang oversees and directs the fields of foreign affairs and foreign relations, official development assistance (ODA), and preferential loan mobilization. He also oversees non-governmental foreign aid and non-governmental organizations.
Mr. Quang directs issues related to international integration, the negotiation and implementation of international bilateral and multilateral commitments, the ASEAN Single Window, Vietnam’s relations with international and regional organizations, border affairs, and East Sea – Maritime Islands issues. He also guides the resolution of matters related to ethnicity, religion, poverty eradication, emulation and rewards, ensuring traffic safety, and preventing crime, smuggling, and commercial fraud. His purview includes agriculture, flood prevention, science and technology, and information and communications.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang directs the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Home Affairs, Agriculture and Rural Development, Science and Technology, Information and Communications, and the Committee for Ethnic Minorities, as well as the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology.
Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long has been assigned additional tasks in overseeing and directing the field of finance, as well as mechanisms and policies related to the management of public assets, salary and social insurance policies, inspection, handling of complaints and denunciations, and anti-corruption. He will also guide the development of collective economic organizations, cooperatives, and the renovation and development of state-owned enterprises, as well as other types of enterprises.
Mr. Long will also direct the Ministry of Finance, the Government Office, the Government Inspectorate, the Committee for State Capital Management, and the Vietnam Social Security.

Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long continues to oversee and direct the construction of institutions, judicial reform, amnesty, international lawsuits, and coordination between the Government and the Supreme People’s Court and the Supreme People’s Procuracy. He also guides the fields of education and training, labor, employment, and social issues, culture, tourism, physical education and sports, health, population, family, and children.
Mr. Long continues to direct the Ministries of Justice, Education and Training, Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, Culture, Sports and Tourism, and Health. He currently also holds the position of Minister of Justice.
