On August 7, the Trade Union of Changshin Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Thanh Phu Commune, Vinh Cuu District, Dong Nai Province, confirmed that they are coordinating with the company’s board of directors to organize a trip to Da Lat for their entire workforce of over 42,000 employees.
The employees will enjoy a 3-day, 2-night vacation in Da Lat, visiting famous tourist attractions and entertainment spots. According to the Trade Union, this trip is meant to boost morale and motivate the workers by providing them with a well-deserved break after their hard work.
Mr. Dang Tuan Tu, Chairman of the Trade Union of Changshin Vietnam Co., Ltd., shared that this is a regular company activity. In the past, the company has organized similar trips to Da Lat, Phan Thiet, and Vung Tau.
Due to the large number of employees, the trip to Da Lat will be divided into three batches over three years. Approximately 12,000–15,000 employees are expected to travel each year, starting in 2024.
The Trade Union will cover the travel expenses, including transportation, meals, and accommodation, estimated to cost over VND 20 billion.
Previously, on July 18, the Trade Union and the company’s board of directors organized a “Trade Union Lunch” for the 42,000 employees. The lunch was twice as valuable as a regular meal, costing VND 45,000 per person. The menu included delicious dishes such as shrimp braised in a clay pot, stewed meat, boiled vegetables, and eggs. In addition to the tasty food, the employees also had the opportunity to interact with the Trade Union and the board of directors, fostering a stronger bond between the workers and the company.

According to Dong Nai Newspaper, during the Lunar New Year holiday in 2024, Changshin Vietnam Co., Ltd. offered attractive bonuses. Employees with over 20 years of service received a bonus of 200% of their basic salary and job salary. Those with shorter tenures, ranging from under 3 months to under 20 years, received bonuses ranging from 25% to 195% of their basic salary and job salary, depending on their seniority.
Additionally, the Trade Union and the company collaborated to give Tet gifts of essential goods to all employees, totaling over VND 20 billion.
Currently, the average income of workers at Changshin Vietnam Co., Ltd. is above VND 10.6 million per person per month.
