In this final round, individual investors and nearly 40 professional financial institutions come together to vote and assess the IR activities of 40 listed companies nominated for the IR Awards. The goal is to ultimately select and honor the Listed Company with the Best IR Activities in 2024 (IR Best Practice Awards 2024).

The nominated companies have met the IR Awards nomination criteria, which include criteria on IR activities, corporate governance, and financial transparency. They are also the top 10 performers in the stock market, having excelled in the previous two rounds of surveys and evaluations: the “Information Disclosure Survey” with 708 listed companies and the “IR Awards Nomination” with 424 companies meeting the Information Disclosure Standard.

For the IR Voting category for individual investors, investors will cast their votes online through the program’s voting system, with a chance to win many valuable prizes. The public voting criteria revolve around three pillars: transparent business operations, effective IR activities targeting the public, and an efficient leadership that ensures shareholder rights.

For the IR Assessment category for financial institutions, the evaluation will take the form of confidential scoring. The assessment criteria comprise seven pillars: information disclosure quality, IR website, financial communications, corporate governance, IR strategy, IR events, IR practices with financial institutions, and equity issuance.

Through the two voting categories in this final round, the program aims to honor the Top 3 Companies with the Best IR Activities (IR Best Practice Awards) at the IR Awards 2024 Ceremony. These are the companies that lead the market in effective financial communications, have established a good reputation in the capital market, and effectively manage the expectations of the stock market.

The IR Voting is the final step for companies to ascend to the podium of glory, recognizing their efforts and the effectiveness of their investor relations activities. IR Awards (2011 – 2024) is a program that recognizes Listed Companies with the Best IR Activities. It is organized by Vietstock, the VAFE Association, and FiLi Magazine. The program annually evaluates the IR activities of listed companies, including a comprehensive survey of information disclosure practices in the stock market, an online voting process for investors, and professional assessments from specialized financial institutions.
