At this session, the National Assembly Standing Committee will consider several important matters. These include providing opinions on the explanation, adoption, and amendment of the draft Law on Geology and Minerals; offering insights on the explanation, adoption, and amendment of the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Pharmaceutical Law; and giving feedback on the explanation, adoption, and amendment of the draft Law on Trade Unions (amended).
The National Assembly Standing Committee will also provide opinions on: the explanation, adoption, and amendment of the draft Law on Prevention and Control of Human Trafficking (amended); the explanation, adoption, and amendment of the draft Law on Notarization (amended); the explanation, adoption, and amendment of the draft Law on Cultural Heritage (amended); the explanation, adoption, and amendment of the draft Law on Urban and Rural Planning; and the explanation, adoption, and amendment of the draft Law on Fire Protection, Prevention, and Rescue.
Additionally, the Committee will offer insights on the explanation, adoption, and amendment of the draft Law on Value Added Tax (amended) and the draft Law on Juvenile Justice. They will also deliberate on matters within their competence.
