The People’s Committee of Hai Phong City approved the investment policy for this project per Decision No. 1028/QD-UBND dated April 19, 2023. The Construction Department granted a license per dispatch No. 09/GPXD dated February 28, 2024. The investor and developer, PG Investment and Construction JSC (PG Company), officially started construction on March 20, 2024.

This project is an essential piece in PG Company’s vision to create a green, civilized, and modern urban area, meeting the social security needs of the community, especially those living in old and dilapidated apartments in the area and inner-city residents without housing.

Relieving the community’s thirst for affordable social housing

PG Aura An Dong is located in the center of PG An Dong Urban Area, less than ten minutes from Hai Phong City center. Within a 2km radius, residents can easily access essential amenities such as local markets, shopping malls, hospitals, schools, and entertainment areas.

This prime location boasts a well-established transportation network, providing seamless connections to national road, rail, and air networks. Notably, PG Aura An Dong is situated near major transport arteries, including National Highways QL5A and QL10, Road 351, Road 208, and the Hanoi-Hai Phong expressway.

With a total floor area of 72,037m2 and a height of 23 floors (including two base floors), the project will offer 775 apartments to the market. Mr. Tran Manh Tu, Deputy General Director of PG Investment and Construction JSC, shared that PG Aura An Dong aims to build a modern and bustling urban area in An Duong while also improving land use efficiency, providing synchronized infrastructure, and enhancing the overall quality of life for residents.

The project is part of the existing and vibrant PG An Dong Urban Area. It also contributes to the city’s social housing fund, especially as An Duong is undergoing rapid development and urbanization. While the selling price is yet to be approved by the authorities, it is expected to be very affordable for middle-income earners.

Currently, the project is in the foundation construction phase, and by the end of August 2024, the foundation will be completed as planned. The next step is to obtain approval from the authorities to commence sales in September 2024.

To facilitate customer access and provide information about PG Aura An Dong, the investor has set up a sales office and model apartment right on the company’s premises in the PG An Dong Urban Area in An Duong district, Hai Phong. The office has been welcoming visitors since mid-August 2024.

The contractor is expediting construction, ensuring aesthetic and technical excellence, and is on track to deliver the project as scheduled in Q4 2025. Additionally, the new Housing Law of 2023, which came into effect on August 1, 2024, will make it easier for people to purchase social housing.

With a vision to build a civilized and modern urban area in the heart of Hai Phong, the PG Aura An Dong apartment project, and the larger PG An Dong Urban Area, embody the mission and vision of PG Investment and Construction JSC. By developing a modern urban area in the west of the city, the company is contributing to the urbanization process and the goal of upgrading An Duong to a district by 2025.
