On August 19, Hoai Duc district will auction 19 land plots (LK03 and LK04 lots) in the Long Khuc area of Tien Yen commune. About a week later, on August 26, the district will auction off the remaining 20 lots in the Long Khuc area, consisting of LK01 and LK02 lots. The starting bid for these lots is also VND 7.3 million per square meter, and the plot sizes range from 89 to 145 square meters. The advance payment for these lots will be between VND 130 and 212 million, and the deadline to submit auction participation documents is August 23.
Both auctions will be held in the form of direct voting over a minimum of six rounds at the Hoai Duc district’s Culture, Information, and Sports Center.
Speaking to Tien Phong newspaper, a representative from the Hoai Duc District Land Development Center shared that the starting bid of VND 7.3 million is determined according to Decree 12 and adjusted with a coefficient based on the land price framework. This starting bid serves as the basis for calculating the required deposit.
As of now, the first set of 19 lots has attracted over 700 applications from 400 interested bidders. This number is expected to increase further, as the deadline for submission is 5:00 PM on August 16.
In terms of location, the Long Khuc area is situated in the northeast, adjacent to the main road of Tien Le village and Tien Yen Kindergarten. The southern and eastern sides border agricultural land, while the western side borders agricultural land and a lake.
