The National Assembly’s questioning session began with an opening speech by Mr. Tran Thanh Man, Chairman of the National Assembly, who emphasized the importance of this first supervision review of the 15th National Assembly, demonstrating their commitment to ensuring the implementation of the National Assembly’s requirements and recommendations.
He added that this review provides a comprehensive evaluation of the challenges and obstacles faced in the process, aiming to identify timely solutions and enhance the accountability of the supervised agencies.

The questioning session was broadcast live on television with 62 provincial delegations of the National Assembly Deputies participating.
Mr. Man highlighted that the topics and areas under scrutiny are of great importance and interest to voters and the people. The reports and practical results showed significant progress and positive changes, reflecting the determination and high sense of responsibility of the Government, the Prime Minister, Government members, and ministers.
However, he also acknowledged that some implementations were slow, and some outcomes did not meet the requirements. The questioning agenda focused on two main groups of issues.
The first group of issues concerned the fields of Industry and Trade; Agriculture and Rural Development; Culture, Sports, and Tourism.
The second group of issues covered the fields of Justice; Home Affairs; Security, Social Order, and Safety; Inspection; Courts; and Prosecution.

He also believed that the Government members and ministers would demonstrate their sense of responsibility and make every effort to provide straightforward and focused answers, offering concrete tasks, solutions, and timelines to contribute to the success of the goals set by the National Assembly, the Government, and the 13th Party Congress.
The questioning session was broadcast live on television and radio through the Voice of Vietnam, Vietnam Television, and the National Assembly Television of Vietnam, reaching 62 provincial delegations of the National Assembly Deputies.
Chairman of the National Assembly Signs Land Law (Amendment) Certificate
The Land Law (amendment) was passed by the National Assembly during its 5th extraordinary session of the 15th legislature. Following the session, in accordance with the Law on Promulgation of Legal Normative Documents, the relevant agencies conducted a technical review of the text. The President of the National Assembly, Vương Đình Huệ, has authenticated the Law in accordance with regulations.
