In his resignation letter, Mr. Johan Boden cited personal reasons for stepping down from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of Loc Troi Group, effective August 23, 2024.
Notably, Mr. Boden was only recently elected to the Board during the annual general meeting held on June 26, 2024, just two months ago. The new board members include Mr. Mandrawa Winston Leo, Mr. Vo Tri Thanh, and Ms. Vu Hong Trang, while Mr. Huynh Van Thon remains as the Chairman of the Board from the previous term.
According to his introduction, Mr. Boden, a Swedish national born in 1971, has extensive professional experience in general management, sales, marketing, operations, agriculture, and food processing. He holds no related parties or shares in Loc Troi Group. Mr. Boden is currently the General Director of DenEast Vietnam Co., Ltd.
DenEast, a consumer food brand with nearly 25 years of experience in Ukraine, is a contract manufacturer providing sterilized beverage solutions for brand owners in Vietnam, Southeast Asia, and select export markets.
DenEast Vietnam is a 100% foreign-invested company established in 2017 with roots in Sweden and Ukraine. Its headquarters and factory are located in the Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park II-A, Vinh Tan Ward, Tan Uyen Town, Binh Duong Province.
After obtaining its investment certificate, DenEast Vietnam commenced the construction of its “DenEast Dairy and Dairy Beverage Factory” project in late May 2018, with Unicons JSC as the main contractor. The project has a total capacity of 210 million liters of products per year and an investment of over VND 1,500 billion. It is built on an area of 50,000 square meters.

Currently, the project has completed its first phase of investment and operation with a capacity of 120 million liters/year, including production facilities for Workshop 1. The second phase of the project, which aims to increase capacity by an additional 90 million liters/year, has not yet been implemented.
