On August 29, Phúc Thọ District, Hanoi, will auction 30 land plots located in TT01, TT02, and TT03 areas of Dộc Tranh, Trạch Mỹ Lộc, as well as nine plots in Đồng Phươm, Thọ Lộc. The auction will take place at the Phúc Thọ District’s Culture, Information, and Sports Center.

The 30 plots in Dộc Tranh, Trạch Mỹ Lộc, range from 96 to 148 square meters, with a starting price of VND 23.4 million per square meter. Most of the area is adjacent to residential areas, and the East borders Provincial Road 82.

On August 24, a large number of investors and real estate brokers gathered to exchange information about the area. The infrastructure is well-developed, including roads, drainage, electricity, and more.

In Đồng Phươm, the average land plot size is about 134 square meters, with a starting price of VND 19.8 million per square meter. This area is just 500 meters away from National Highway 32 and is surrounded by residential areas and previously auctioned land.

In contrast to the bustling atmosphere in Trạch Mỹ Lộc, the Đồng Phươm area is relatively quiet. Most of the land is used for farming or lies idle, overgrown with grass, and some areas are used as construction material storage sites. The picture shows the TT8 Đồng Phươm area, which will be auctioned.

Hoài Đức District plans to auction 20 land plots, labeled LK01 and LK02, in Lòng Khúc, Tiền Yên, on August 26. The plot sizes range from 89.6 to 145.6 square meters, with a starting price of VND 7.3 million per square meter.

The Lòng Khúc area in Tiền Yên is located in the northeastern part of the district, bordering roads (Tiền Lệ village road and Tiền Yên B kindergarten), agricultural land to the south and east, and a lake to the west.

The distance from the center of Hanoi to the auction site (via Thang Long Boulevard) is about 15 kilometers. The land is located near the Belt Road 4, which is currently under construction.

Earlier, on August 20, 19 land plots in Tiền Yên, Hoài Đức, were successfully auctioned. The highest price reached VND 133.3 million per square meter (more than 18 times the starting price of VND 7.3 million per square meter), and 11 other plots were auctioned at prices above VND 100 million per square meter. The two lowest-priced plots in this session were VND 91.3 million per square meter.

Due to the abnormally high winning bid prices, which could impact socio-economic development, the business and investment environment, and the real estate market, the Prime Minister issued a directive to rectify land auction activities. Following this, Hoài Đức District decided to postpone the auction to facilitate a review. The new auction date will be announced after discussions with a task force from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
