As announced by the Lac Viet Partnership Auction Company, the organizing auction unit, these 43 land plots are located in Thuong Tiet village, Dai Hung commune, My Duc district.
The land plots range in size from 92 to 183 square meters, with a starting price of just over VND 4.2 million per square meter. The deposit amount varies from over VND 80 to 150 million per plot.
The auction will take place in the form of a direct vote in one round. The auction will be held for each land plot, with an ascending price method.
In September, Phuc Tho district also plans to auction the rights to use 50 land plots.

Specifically, 30 plots belong to TT01, TT03, TT04, TT06, and TT07 of the Doc Tranh area in Trach My Loc commune, with areas ranging from over 85 to 162 square meters and a starting price of VND 23.4 million per square meter.
Nine land plots belong to TT08 of the Dong Phuom area in Tho Loc commune, with areas ranging from 134 to 185 square meters and a starting price of VND 19.8 million per square meter.
And 11 plots in the Huong Nam area of Xuan Dinh commune, with areas ranging from over 99 to 196 square meters, and a starting price of VND 25 million per square meter.
The auction is expected to take place on the afternoon of September 10th.
These auctions are taking place against a backdrop of management agencies calling for inspections and rectifications in land auction activities, as many areas have seen winning bids far exceeding starting prices, and some auctions have been temporarily halted as a result.
Last weekend, Hoai Duc district announced the postponement of the auction of 52 lots scheduled for early September, pending an inspection by a delegation from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment on related matters.
Ha Dong district has also temporarily postponed and has not yet determined a date to reopen the auction of 27 land plots in Phu Luong, Yen Nghia, and Duong Noi wards.
