Honor 200 5G is the ideal smartphone for those who love artistic portrait photography and creative imagery, according to Honor.
At the product launch event, the company even set up a simulated professional studio space, Studio Harcourt Paris, where each photo is priced at approximately 2,000 euros, to allow guests to experience the device’s photography capabilities.
In terms of hardware, this smartphone is equipped with a triple rear camera system featuring a 50MP Sony IMX906 main sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP telephoto camera.
To enhance its photography capabilities, Honor has integrated AI technology to improve portrait image processing, including lighting, shadows, optical effects, and artistic styles. The company claims to have intensified optical effects by collecting image depth data and combining AI generative models to refine the bokeh algorithm, resulting in more realistic effects.
The manufacturer has also collaborated with Studio Harcourt to create built-in filters that replicate the studio’s iconic photography style.
Regarding other specifications, the device features a 6.7-inch curved OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and PWM Dimming technology for eye protection. The screen boasts a peak brightness of 4,000 nits. The phone measures 8.39mm in thickness and weighs 187 grams.
Under the hood, the Honor 200 5G is powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, paired with a 5,200mAh battery that supports 100W fast charging. It can reach 49% charge in just 15 minutes. Other key specifications include 12GB of RAM and 256GB or 512GB of internal storage.
