On August 30, the Phuc Tho District Land Development Center announced that they are accepting applications for the auction of 50 land-use rights plots in three communes within the district.
Of the 50 plots up for auction, 30 are located in the Doc Tranh area (My Loc Commune), nine in the Dong Phuom area (Tho Loc Commune), and 11 in the Huong Nam area (Xuan Dinh Commune).
The plots range in size from 85 sq. m to 196 sq. m, with starting prices ranging from VND 19.8 million to VND 25 million per sq. meter.
The center is accepting applications until September 7, 2024, and will organize a site visit on September 4-5.
The Doc Tranh auction site in Trach My Loc Commune is conveniently located on Highway 82, making it a prime location for real estate investors.
The auction is scheduled to take place at 2:00 PM on September 10 at the district’s Cultural, Information, and Sports Center. The auction will be held in a closed-bid format, with bids placed directly for each plot in a single round, and results will be announced immediately after the auction.
Previously, on August 29, the Phuc Tho District Land Development Center also organized an auction for 39 residential land plots in Trach My Loc and Tho Loc communes. This included 30 plots in the Doc Tranh area (Trach My Loc Commune) and nine plots in the Dong Phuom area (Tho Loc Commune).
The highest bid was VND 60 million per sq. meter for lot DG06, measuring 148 sq. meters in the Doc Tranh area. The lowest bid was VND 24.6 million per sq. meter for a lot in the Dong Phuom area (Tho Loc Commune).
Notably, all nine lots in the Dong Phuom area received relatively low bids, ranging from VND 24.6 million to VND 26.2 million per sq. meter.
