On September 1st, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh surveyed several key projects and programs in Da Nang. At the Lien Chieu Port project site, the Prime Minister presented gifts and offered encouragement to the engineers and workers present, boosting their morale. The Prime Minister, along with experts, engineers, and workers, raised their hands to demonstrate their determination to “overcome the sun and win against the rain” in completing the Lien Chieu Port project on time. Lien Chieu Port is a key project that Da Nang is actively seeking investment for. It is also one of Vietnam’s three deep-water ports, designed as a special port capable of accommodating general cargo vessels of up to 100,000 tons and container ships with a capacity of 6,000 to 8,000 TEU. The Prime Minister greets engineers and workers at the Lien Chieu Port construction site. Based on his observations at the site, the Prime Minister commended the units for their swift progress, noting that they have accomplished a lot in just over a year while simultaneously handling procedures, investment, and construction. At the Hoa Lien – Tuy Loan Expressway project, the Prime Minister commended Da Nang for their dedication to the spirit of the Government’s guidance, with the entire political system engaged in site clearance.
