Previously, only Travel Élite and Premier Boundless cardholders could enjoy these perks, but as of July 5, 2024, VIB has extended this privilege to all ten credit card lines, along with the addition of an airport meet-and-greet service.

Availing of these services is simple, with two options available: Redeem 999,000 reward points for lounge access via the MyVIB app, or contact the hotline 1900 2200 to purchase the service for VND 999,000 per visit. This is an incredibly attractive rate compared to the typical cost of $50-100 at most international airports.

VIB Travel Élite and VIB Premier Boundless cardholders enjoy four complimentary lounge visits per year and unlimited visits if their annual spending reaches VND 60 million. However, if desired, these two card categories can still purchase additional services for themselves or their families.

Travel with Ease using the Fast-Track Service

Waiting at the airport can be a less-than-pleasant experience, especially for international flights. For first-time visitors to a particular airport, the process of calling a ride, navigating the airport, and managing time can be complex. However, with VIB’s new fast-track privilege, cardholders can enjoy a more relaxed journey.

The Fast-Track privilege offered by VIB differs from similar services in the market. In addition to providing a dedicated staff member to assist with luggage, customs, and immigration, at select departure points in Asia and Europe, there is a dedicated fast-line, and passengers only need to scan a QR code to access the priority area, making the entire process quick and convenient.

VIB is the first bank in Vietnam to collaborate with a partner to introduce a fast-track service via a dedicated fast-line with an automated QR code, giving frequent travelers the autonomy to manage their journey.

To utilize this service, cardholders simply need to call the hotline 1900 2200 / 1800 8195 to purchase the Fast-Track service for VND 999,000 for domestic flights and VND 1,099,000 for international flights, or redeem an equivalent number of reward points via the MyVIB app. It is important to book the service 48-72 hours in advance, depending on whether it is for a domestic or international flight.
