The VN-Index ended the week with a slight decline of 0.1%, settling at 1,283.87 points. The HNX index recorded a more significant drop of 1%, falling to 237.5 points.

Caution ahead of the holiday period caused a downturn in trading activities on both exchanges. On the HOSE, trading volume and value decreased by 10-12%, reaching 672 million units and VND 15.6 trillion per session, respectively.

On the HNX exchange, liquidity dropped by approximately 20%. Consequently, the trading volume and value were recorded at 52.7 million units and VND 1 trillion per session, respectively.
