On the same day, the SRF BOD decided to relieve Mr. Vu Xuan Thuc of his duties as CEO, effective September 9, 2024.
Previously, on August 5, Mr. Vu Xuan Thuc had submitted his resignation from the position of CEO due to personal reasons and to also create opportunities for more capable leaders to take the company to new heights. In his resignation letter, Mr. Thuc stated that the transition period would start on August 12, 2024, and he wished to step down on September 8, 2024. Mr. Thuc served as CEO of SRF from September 1, 2022, and currently does not hold any SRF shares.
It is known that Mr. Thuc is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Seareal Real Estate JSC, a member of the Board of Directors of Searefico Engineering and Construction JSC (Searefico E&C), a member of the Board of Directors of Searee Electrical and Refrigeration Engineering JSC, and a member of the Board of Directors of Phoenix Energy & Automation JSC.
Prior to his appointment, Mr. Nguyen Khoa Dang had nearly 8 years of experience working at SRF.

Mr. Dang was involved in the restructuring of Searee Electrical and Refrigeration Engineering JSC after its merger with Searefico E&C in 2021. Thanks to this M&A, Searee Da Nang resumed its business operations after the COVID pandemic, expanded into the commercial field, and invested in factory and warehouse rentals by inaugurating the Searee Logistic Center in Da Nang on March 29, 2024. It achieved 100% rental capacity on August 2, 2024, generating revenue and profits for Searee and its parent company, Searefico E&C, where Mr. Dang also serves as CEO.
In 2023, four years after its establishment, Searefico E&C achieved revenue of over VND 1,000 billion, turned a profit, and paid a 5% cash dividend. In 2024, the company’s Board of Directors decided to pay an interim dividend to shareholders at a rate of 2%.
In addition to his new role as SRF CEO and his position as CEO of Searefico E&C, Mr. Dang is also a member of the Board of Directors of Arico Industrial Refrigeration JSC (Arico).
