This will create the infrastructure and space for the new urban area to develop. The city will also upgrade and beautify the existing road system, forming the main spaces along the 30/4, 2/9, and 3/2 routes, prioritizing the development of transverse routes to connect the urban space with the sea.

In the near future, landmark clusters such as the new administrative center, Sun Lake Park, the Central Square, the International Exhibition Center, hospitals, and schools will be completed, adding to the vibrant vitality of this area.

In addition, in August 2024, the province also officially started the construction of a new park improvement and construction project on Thuy Van Street, Bai Sau, with an investment of VND 1,200 billion from the provincial budget. Once completed, it will create a space for festivals and open up a coastal urban route connecting tourist attractions, promoting socio-economic and tourism development.
