The ex-dividend date is set for September 13, with the expected payment date on November 28, 2024.
Ranking second is DMC (Domesco) with a dividend ratio of 25%, amounting to VND 2,500 per share. Given their over 34.7 million circulating shares, this ratio translates to nearly VND 87 billion in total payout. The ex-dividend date is September 13, and the expected payment date is October 18, 2024.
DMC has consistently maintained a dividend of VND 2,500 per share since 2017, marking seven consecutive years. Within their shareholder structure, SCIC holds 35%, while the “giant” Abbott exerts control with a 52% stake. Based on these ratios, SCIC will receive VND 30 billion, and over VND 45 billion will go to Abbott’s parent company.
Additionally, three other companies will finalize dividend payouts with a 20% ratio: PIA, SDV, and SNC. All of these payouts pertain to the 2023 fiscal year. The respective ex-dividend dates for these companies are September 11, 12, and 10.
In the upcoming week, two businesses will finalize dividend payouts in the form of stock dividends: VSC and NAF. NAF plans to issue stock dividends at a ratio of 100:10 (10%), meaning that for every 100 shares held, investors will receive 10 new shares. This translates to the issuance of over 5 million new shares. The ex-dividend date for this transaction is set for September 10, 2024.
As for VSC, the payout ratio stands at 1000:75 (7.5%), so for every 1,000 shares held, investors will receive 75 new shares. This will result in the issuance of over 20 million new shares. The ex-dividend date is September 12, 2024.
