Top Shareholders with Over 1% Ownership in TPBank

These 22 shareholders own over 1.55 billion TPB shares, which equates to a substantial 70.74% of the bank's charter capital. The list comprises 9 individuals and 13 organizations, a diverse range that showcases the breadth of investment in the bank.

TPBank (TPB) has just announced the list of shareholders owning over 1% of its charter capital. Individuals owning over 3% of TPBank’s charter capital (holding between 3.07% and 3.82%) include Do Quynh Anh, Tran Cam Nhung, Do Minh Quan, Le Quang Tien, Do Anh Tu, and Nguyen Ha Long. Among them, Mr. Do Anh Tu is the Vice Chairman of TPBank’s Board of Directors, and parties related to him own 15% of TPBank’s shares.

Three other individual shareholders own between 1.11% and 1.85% of the bank’s charter capital. They are Do Vu Phuong Anh, Do Minh Duc, and Nguyen Thi Khanh Ly.

In addition, 11 organizations hold over 1% of TPBank’s charter capital. Foreign shareholders in this list own 25.88% of the bank. Specifically, the group of shareholders SBI Ven Holdings PTE. LTD and related parties hold approximately 20% of TPBank’s charter capital. PYN Elite Fund (NON-UCITS) holds 3.59%, International Finance Corporation (IFC) holds 1.17%, and Vietnam Enterprise Investments Limited holds 1.12%.

There are also domestic organizations holding over 1% of TPBank’s charter capital. Hai Phong Invest Joint Stock Company and related parties own 10.6%, Dragon Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company and related parties own 10.6%, and National Reinsurance Corporation of Vietnam owns 2.64%.

DOJI Gold and Gems Group Joint Stock Company owns 5.93%, and related parties hold 17.26%. FPT Corporation owns 6.77%.
