Vietbank Thuan An was established and operated with the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) for network development. Accordingly, in 2024, Vietbank will add 14 transaction offices in 12 provinces to its network; bringing the total number of transaction offices to 132, present in 26 provinces and cities.
Thuan An city is home to many industrial parks, industrial clusters, and urban areas – it is the economic center and the most populous city in Binh Duong province. The choice of Thuan An as the first location in the chain of 14 new transaction offices demonstrates Vietbank’s determination to approach and accompany potential Corporate and Individual customers to provide appropriate and timely financial leverage. As a result, it contributes to consolidating, creating momentum, and stimulating the development of industrial, manufacturing, and transportation sectors, promoting balanced GDP growth between key economic sectors in Binh Duong as well as nationwide.
The headquarters of Vietbank Thuan An is selected based on ensuring convenient transaction capabilities and needs for customers in the area: seamless transportation and connectivity; robust infrastructure, and a spacious facility that meets the scale and future development potential. The event continues to affirm Vietbank’s efforts in the journey of innovation and comprehensive development according to the mid- and long-term strategy with a vision to become a leading reputable retail bank.
At the ceremony, Mr. Hoang Minh Anh, Director of Vietbank Thuan An, said, “The team of Vietbank Thuan An commits to promoting marketing activities, expanding customer relationships, and constantly improving skills to bring quality worthy of the Vietbank brand and ensure transaction safety, in return for the trust of our valued customers and partners.”
On September 11, on its official information channels, Vietbank also shared a double joy – in addition to the inauguration in Thuan An. Accordingly, the Board of Directors (BOD) has resolved to approve the investment in the Customer Service Center combined with a transaction office in Ho Chi Minh City – belonging to the strategy of developing and upgrading Vietbank’s service quality to a 5-star standard. Commenting on this decision, a representative of the Vietbank Investment Committee said, “In October 2023, the BOD decided to change the structure and establish the Customer Service Center (CSC) instead of the previous Customer Service Department. After nearly a year of operation, the unit has made practical improvements and upgraded the service quality at direct transaction points as well as on the multi-channel online platform. The resolution to invest in the official headquarters is not only a timely decision but also Vietbank’s long-term commitment to consistently enhancing service quality.”
To mark this special occasion, Vietbank also released a short film about the journey of taking care of customers over the past time. After 09 hours of release, the film received more than 1 million views on online platforms. The content of the film is built on real stories told by many generations of Vietbankers. Especially the story shared by Ms. Ngo Tran Doan Trinh – Deputy General Director and Director of Ho Chi Minh City Region 01.
Thus, after 02 months from the decision to invest in the Training Center headquarters, Vietbank continues to invest in the Customer Service Center headquarters. This is the foundation for improvements and changes in professional banking activities and operations, along with the development of a transaction network according to the long-term strategy approved by the Vietbank Board of Management and the competent State agency.
Vietbank is not only actively developing its business activities but also frequently participates in community programs and events. On September 10, responding to the call of the Fatherland Front Committee and the State Bank of Vietnam, Vietbank representatives attended the “Ceremony to Support People Affected by Storm No. 3” and donated VND 200 million on behalf of the entire system to the people of the affected provinces. Previously, Vietbank was also honored at the PRIVATE 100 Awards – an award for the top Private Enterprises with the largest tax contribution in Vietnam in 2024.
