Apple has just unveiled its latest iPhone 16 series at the “It’s Glowtime” event, which took place in the early morning of September 10, Vietnam time. The new lineup includes four models: iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max.
One of the biggest draws of the iPhone 16 is its fresh design and unique color options.
The iPhone 16 boasts a redesigned camera setup, with two lenses stacked vertically instead of diagonally as seen in previous models. This not only optimizes space but also sets it apart from its predecessors.
In terms of camera specifications, the iPhone 16 is equipped with a multi-sensor system featuring a 48MP main lens and a 12MP secondary lens. This setup enables higher-quality photo and video capture, especially in low-light conditions. Additionally, the camera system offers improved optical zoom capabilities, allowing for distant shots without compromising image quality.
The iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus retain the same screen sizes as their predecessors, with 6.1 inches and 6.7 inches, respectively. One notable addition to the iPhone 16 is the Action button and Camera Control button. The Action button, previously seen on the iPhone 15 Pro, is now included in both the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus models.
- Both the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus are powered by the impressive A18 chip, offering a significant performance boost of at least 30% compared to the A16 Bionic in the iPhone 15. This results in smoother multitasking and a more seamless gaming experience.
Additionally, the A18 chip incorporates AI enhancements, elevating the user experience through improved efficiency and handling of complex tasks.
The iPhone 16 runs on the iOS 18 operating system and incorporates AI features, along with new functionalities like customizable interfaces, a control center, and screen sharing with Mac.
The standard iPhone 16 starts at $799 (approximately 19.7 million VND), while the base model of the iPhone 16 Plus is priced at $899 (around 22.2 million VND).
