Tecco Elite, a residential project on Quang Trung Street in Thinh Dan Ward, is offering vacant apartments on the 18th floor of Tower E to accommodate flood-affected residents, according to a statement released by Dat Xanh Mien Bac on September 10.

The apartments can accommodate 150-200 people and ensure the provision of electricity, water, and basic necessities for those seeking shelter from the floods until the waters recede and stability is restored.

Dat Xanh Mien Bac further assured that the Tecco Elite area is currently flood-free, and the apartments at higher floors are very safe. They have also coordinated with the Thinh Dan Ward Police and the Building Management Board to ensure the safety and security of the residents seeking shelter in the apartments.

In Thai Nguyen, from the night of September 9 to the early morning of September 10, multiple forces were deployed to urgently relocate and rescue residents from severely flooded areas to safer locations.

On the morning of September 10, the Thai Nguyen Hydro-Meteorological Station reported a 10-centimeter decrease in the water level of the Cau River.

As of this morning (September 11), several roads and residential areas in some wards of the city remain inundated, causing difficulties in transportation and daily life for the local residents.
