On August 2, 2024, at the Dong Tam Cultural House hall, the Ninh Binh Province Auction Service Center organized an auction for the usage rights of 15 residential land plots in the Dong Tam – Nam Giang, Nho Quan Town area. The auction attracted 62 customers from within and outside the province, with 129 eligible participants.
After three rounds of bidding, 14 out of 15 land plots were successfully auctioned. The total auction value reached nearly VND 23.2 billion, exceeding the starting price of VND 3.5 billion.
On August 16, 2024, at the Stone Village Cultural House hall, the Ninh Binh Province Auction Service Center held another auction for the usage rights of 129 residential land plots in Doi May – Lien Phuong, Stone Village, Nho Quan District, Ninh Binh Province.
The auction attracted 259 participants, with 1,825 eligible entries. This was the largest direct auction in terms of the number of participants in Ninh Binh Province in recent times.
After three rounds of bidding, winners were determined for 128 out of the 129 land plots. The total auction value reached VND 84.6 billion, surpassing the starting price by VND 32.57 billion.
Most recently, on August 24, 2024, at the Upper Vow Cultural House hall, the Ninh Binh Province Auction Service Center held an auction for the usage rights of 188 rural land plots in the detailed construction planning of the urban residential area in An Cu Hamlet, Upper Vow Commune, Kim Son District, Ninh Binh Province.
The auction saw the participation of 127 customers from within and outside the province, with 754 eligible entries.
After three rounds of bidding, winners were determined for 184 out of the 188 land plots. The total auction value exceeded VND 274.4 billion, surpassing the starting price by nearly VND 14.4 billion.

The People’s Committee of Binh Dinh Province has set out regulations regarding minimum land sizes and dimensions for subdivided land plots. These new rules stipulate that residential land plots in urban areas must maintain a minimum area of 40 square meters, with a minimum frontage and depth of 3 meters post-subdivision.
