Specifically, following the direction of the Central Steering Committee for Corruption and Negative Phenomenon Prevention and Control, after considering the results of the inspection for signs of violation and the results of the review, the proposal for disciplinary action against the Party Committee of the People’s Committee of Ha Giang and Quang Ngai provinces, the Central Inspection Committee found that: The Standing Committee of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee for the 2010-2015 and 2015-2020 tenures and the Party Committee of the People’s Committee of the 2011-2016 and 2016-2021 tenures violated the principles of concentration of democracy and regulations.
The Standing Committee of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee for the 2010-2015 and 2015-2020 tenures and the Party Committee of the People’s Committee of the 2011-2016 and 2016-2021 tenures were irresponsible and lax in their leadership and direction, allowing the People’s Committee and many organizations and individuals to seriously violate the Party’s regulations and the State’s laws in organizing the implementation of a number of projects and packages. carried out by Phuc Son Group.
Many officials and party members, including key officials of the province, have degenerated in political ideology, morality, and lifestyle, violated the law on corruption prevention and control, violated the regulations on things that party members must not do, and set an example.
The above violations have caused serious consequences, the risk of huge loss and waste of state money and property, caused bad public opinion, and reduced the prestige of the Party and local government, to the extent that disciplinary action must be taken.

Considering the content, nature, extent, and consequences of the violations, based on the Party’s regulations, the Central Inspection Committee decided to discipline:
– Warning : Party Committee of the People’s Committee of the 2011-2016 term; Party Committee of the Department of Transport, Party Committee of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment for the 2010-2015 term, and Comrade Tran Ngoc Cang.
– Admonishment: Party Committee of the People’s Committee for the 2016-2021 term; Party Committee of the Management Board of Dung Quat Economic Zone and Quang Ngai Province Industrial Zones for the 2015-2020 term.
The Central Inspection Committee proposes that competent authorities consider and discipline the Standing Committee of Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee for the 2010-2015 and 2015-2020 tenures.
The Central Inspection Committee requested the Standing Committee of Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee to lead and direct the review, consider the responsibility, and discipline the Party organizations and members according to the conclusion of the Central Inspection Committee; promptly rectify the violations and shortcomings. pointed out.

Phuc Son Group case is very complicated

Regarding asset recovery, according to Major General Hoang Anh Tuyen, up to now, the investigation agency has seized over 300 billion VND, nearly 2 million USD, over 500 taels of gold, and more than 1,000 red books.
