There are times when it’s not easy to find a pre-owned Cadillac CTS. This model is quite rare in Vietnam and tends to be selective in its buyers.
Currently, there’s a 2016 Cadillac CTS on the market, priced at 1.45 billion VND, with room for negotiation according to the seller. With mileage displayed on the odometer and additional information from the seller, the car has been driven over 26,000 km, averaging just over 3,000 km per year.
Back in 2016, these Cadillac CTS models were imported from the US by private enterprises. The price then was around 3 billion VND, excluding registration costs. So, after 8 years, the price has dropped by more than half.
Compared to a Mercedes-Benz E 300 of the same vintage, this Cadillac CTS is significantly more expensive. A 2016 E 300 on the used market now goes for about 1 billion VND.
This CTS will appeal to those who want to stand out. Its unique look includes vertical LED daytime running lights, split into two sections, vertical LED taillights, and 19-inch chrome-finished multi-spoke wheels. The angular, muscular design is a hallmark of Cadillac vehicles.
The interior still feels good after 8 years of use. The leather hasn’t wrinkled much, and while the steering wheel shows some shine from age, the previous owner kept the rest of the details looking new. Notably, the chrome door sill trim is still wrapped in its original plastic.
According to the seller, this is the fully-loaded version available in Vietnam. Notable convenience features include an 8-inch central display, power-adjustable front seats with heating and cooling, a Bose 11-speaker sound system, tri-zone automatic climate control, and a panoramic sunroof. This car also has remote start functionality.
The model for sale is powered by a 2.0L turbocharged engine producing 272 horsepower and 400 Nm of torque, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. It also features large Brembo brakes in the front.
In terms of safety equipment, the car has rear parking sensors and a rearview camera.
