Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tho, a member of the 12th Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and former Deputy Head of the Youth Union’s Office for Workers and Urban Affairs, has been appointed as Deputy Director of the Business Registration Management Department.
Extending his congratulations and assigning tasks to the officials, Minister Nguyen Chi Dung emphasized that this is a regular activity of the ministry, aiming to streamline and reorganize its apparatus for maximum efficiency.
According to Minister Dung, the Ministry of Planning and Investment has the unique challenge of addressing both routine tasks and unexpected demands. He asserted that a mere routine approach without innovation, determination, and bold action would not suffice. Looking ahead, he underscored the significant responsibilities that lie ahead, requiring the collective wisdom and unity of the ministry’s officials.
