According to the bank, recently, some inaccurate rumors have appeared, causing confusion among some PGBank customers in Gia Lam district, Hanoi. PGBank has reported the situation to the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) for guidance and coordination with functional agencies to handle the false information.

PGBank is working with the police regarding the request to receive the case for investigation and tracking down the subjects providing misleading information that causes social disorder and affects the interests of depositors. This issue is being seriously handled to ensure a safe and transparent financial environment.
