This piece of land was encroached upon by Mr. Le Anh Tuan’s family from 2006 until now, violating land encroachment and illegal construction laws over an extended period. However, the authorities in Quy Nhon City have identified seven illegal structures, both permanent and temporary, on the encroached land.

The authorities in Quy Nhon City and related units have taken immediate action by enforcing the demolition of three temporary structures, totaling almost 500 square meters, with more to follow. It is expected that in November 2024, the remaining permanent structure on the encroached land will also be demolished.

Prior to the enforcement, the Quy Nhon City authorities had attempted to communicate and explain the situation to Mr. Le Anh Tuan’s family on multiple occasions, but to no avail. As a result, the People’s Committee of Quy Nhon City developed a plan and instructed relevant departments and wards to closely monitor the situation and devise specific plans to ensure the safety and smoothness of the operation while preventing any potential incidents.
