“Hòa Phát: Forging Ahead as Vietnam’s 16th Most Valuable Brand”

Brand Finance, the renowned brand valuation consultancy, has unveiled its latest report on Vietnam's Top 100 Most Valuable Brands for 2024. Hoa Phat, a prominent Vietnamese brand, has secured the 16th rank in this prestigious listing, marking its 9th consecutive year of inclusion in this esteemed ranking.

In the recently published list, Hoa Phat ranked 16th with a brand value of $620 million (as of 2023) and is the only steel manufacturer in the Top 20 Most Valuable Brands in Vietnam for 2024.

Hoa Phat currently holds the number one market share in Vietnam in the fields of construction steel and steel pipes, and is among the top five largest galvanized steel manufacturers. Hoa Phat’s clean chicken eggs are also among the top three largest producers in Vietnam and lead the market in the North. Internationally, the group’s products and brand are present in 39 countries and territories across five continents.

In addition to being protected in Vietnam, the Hoa Phat trademark has been and is being protected in 46 countries and territories worldwide, such as the US, Japan, South Korea, China, Australia, and Southeast Asian countries, among others.

Hoa Phat brand ranked 16th in the Top 100 Most Valuable Brands in Vietnam 2024.

In terms of business results, for the first six months of the year, Hoa Phat recorded VND 71,029 billion in revenue and VND 6,189 billion in after-tax profit.

Established in 1992, the Hoa Phat Group operates in five main sectors: Steel, Steel Products, Agriculture, Real Estate, and Home Appliances. Hoa Phat boasts a diverse ecosystem of high-quality products. The group is currently operating and contributing to the state budget in 26 provinces and cities nationwide. In the first six months of 2024, the group contributed VND 7,400 billion to the state budget. Hoa Phat also carries out many charitable and social programs, such as building 300 charity houses in Tra Vinh, bringing clean water to the community – donating more than 300 water purifiers to schools and medical facilities nationwide, and starting construction on Binh Dong Elementary School in Binh Son district, Quang Ngai province. The group continues to implement annual programs such as “Heartbeat of Love,” sponsoring heart surgery for underprivileged children, and “Godmother,” providing monthly food support for orphans…
