Mr. Sang’s grand “villa”
Thanh Linh District Police are responsible for developing plans to ensure safety and order during the enforcement process, forcing remedial measures against Mr. Sang’s illegal construction.
Previously, Thanh Linh District authorities agreed on a plan to force the demolition of the villa illegally built on a traditional brick and tile craft village land in Gia An commune. The demolition must be completed by October 20, 2024.
As previously reported, Mr. Sang’s “villa” was built in 2022 on a 600-square-meter land plot in the traditional brick and tile craft village in Gia An commune.
The craft village is not included in the planning and land-use plan for converting agricultural land to rural residential land. Therefore, the aforementioned villa was built illegally.
