The People’s Committee of Dong Nai Province has given the green light to a consortium of five investors for the development of the Hiep Hoa Urban Area project. The consortium comprises Lan Anh – Phu Quoc JSC, Sun Group JSC, Ha Long Sun JSC, Sun Real Estate Group JSC, and Phu Quoc Beautiful Beach Investment JSC.

Spanning an area of 293 hectares, the Hiep Hoa Urban Area project boasts a total investment of over VND 72 trillion. Of this, the consortium’s capital contribution stands at more than VND 10.8 trillion, with the remaining amount to be mobilized.
The project is divided into six phases, to be implemented over a 12-year period from the approval of the investment policy (2023-2035). As per the Law on Investment, the project’s operational duration is set at 50 years.
Earlier in 2023, the Provincial People’s Committee had issued a decision approving the investment policy and approving the list of investment projects with land use for the Hiep Hoa Urban Area project, paving the way for project bidding.
The project aims to develop a new, low-density, and modern urban and service complex, blending seamlessly with the natural landscape. Emphasis is also placed on sustainable tourism development, diverse housing types, and the integration of commercial and tourism services, as well as public utilities.
By harmoniously arranging various functions, the urban area will buzz with round-the-clock activities, featuring a bustling commercial street catering to residential, business, and accommodation needs. The Hiep Hoa Urban Area is envisioned to become a highlight of Bien Hoa city, the province’s central urban area.
