The AION Y Plus is one of four models confirmed to be coming to Vietnam, alongside the ES, V, and Hyptec HT. The automaker describes it as a crossover, but its design is more akin to an MPV.

With dimensions of 4,535 x 1,870 x 1,650 mm and a wheelbase of 2,750 mm, the AION Y Plus can be categorized in the same segment as the Mitsubishi Xpander. However, as a fully electric vehicle, it currently has no direct competitors in the Vietnamese market.

The front and rear lighting systems feature full LED technology. The LED daytime running lights form an angel wing design, adding a unique touch to the overall aesthetic.

The vehicle sports stylish dual-tone 17-inch alloy wheels.

The side mirrors are generously sized and house 360-degree cameras on the highest trim level.

The AION Y Plus offers a spacious trunk with ample storage capacity.

The center console features a sleek, button-less design with a storage compartment.

The rear seats offer ample legroom, even for passengers over 1.9 meters tall. This area is equipped with air vents and USB charging ports, although it lacks a center armrest.

With the front seats folded down, the interior space transforms into a comfortable resting area, offering approximately 5 square meters of space, according to the manufacturer.

The flat floor and door sills make entering and exiting the vehicle more convenient.

Under the hood, the AION Y Plus boasts a 204-horsepower electric motor with 225 Nm of torque. The 63.2 kWh battery provides an impressive range of up to 490 km on a single charge. The vehicle is equipped with ADAS features, including automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, forward-collision warning, lane-departure warning, and adaptive cruise control.
