During the tour, the delegation had the opportunity to learn about Phu My Fertilizer’s advanced production technology and strict quality control processes. They also experienced the modern facilities and the green, clean, and beautiful environment at the plant. Engineers provided a detailed introduction to the formation and development of the factory. The customers were taken on a tour of the production workshops, the central control area, and the product quality control room, among other areas.
Particularly impressive to the visitors was the NPK fertilizer production technology using chemical methods – the most modern and advanced technology today, ensuring the content of multi, medium, and micro-elements suitable for the growth needs of crops.
The tour not only helped customers understand the products better but also served as an opportunity for Phu My to express its gratitude and foster a closer relationship with its customers. It was also a valuable chance to receive feedback on the products. Throughout the trip, the factory’s management listened to inquiries, provided answers, shared useful information, and received valuable contributions from the customers.
Taking customers on a tour of the plant has become an annual customer care program, demonstrating Phu My’s commitment to building long-term cooperative relationships with its customers. As a result, Phu My Fertilizer has gained deep trust and a solid position in the minds of its customers.
