The Da Nang Land Development Center has just announced the selection of an organization to auction 123 residential land lots, with a total reserve price of over VND 720 billion.
Among them, Hai Chau District has 3 prime lots: B99 at the intersection of Nguyen Huu Dat and Huynh Man Dat Street, 96 B1.1 at the intersection of Trinh Cong Son and Tien Son 9 Street, and 01- B1.2 at the intersection of Trinh Cong Son and Tien Son 9 Street.
These lots range from 109-115m2 in size and have a starting price of VND 98.6-100.7 million per square meter, making them the most expensive in this auction.
Ngũ Hà nh Sơn District offers 53 lots for auction, including 7 lots on Vo Chi Cong Street (100m2 each) with a starting price of nearly VND 75 million per square meter, and 29 lots with two frontages on Vo Chi Cong and Luu Dinh Chat Streets, starting at over VND 47 million per square meter. The remaining lots are in the Khai Tay 2 Resettlement Area, Hoa Quy Ward, with a starting price of over VND 23 million per square meter.
In Son Tra District, there are 46 lots up for auction, with starting prices ranging from VND 40 million to over VND 61 million per square meter, located on Tran Thanh Ton, Chu Huy Man, Ngo Cao Lang, Pham Van Xao, and Ho Sy Phan Streets, among others.
In Thanh Khe District, a single lot is available at the intersection of Ly Trien and Nguyen Phuc Thai Streets, measuring over 122 square meters and starting at VND 58.2 million per square meter.
Cam Le District contributes 9 lots to the auction, located on various streets such as Lo Giang 2, Lo Giang 3, March 29, Nguyen Quang Lam, Te Hanh, Do Doc Tuyet, and Nguyen Kim, with starting prices ranging from VND 25-51 million per square meter.
Additionally, this auction includes 2 lots in Lien Chieu District and 9 lots in Hoa Vang District, with prices ranging from VND 13-27 million per square meter.
