The People’s Committee of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province has just issued a decision on adjusting and supplementing the regulations on land prices in the province. This information has attracted a lot of attention from the people, especially as the land prices have increased compared to the old price table.
Accordingly, land prices in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province have increased by 20%-30% compared to before.

In particular, urban land prices range from VND 913,000/m2 to VND 78 million/m2 depending on the location, road, and urban area. Specifically, roads such as Ba Cu, Le Hong Phong, Hoang Hoa Tham, and Ly Thuong Kiet, which are in position 1, have the highest price of VND 78 million/m2.
Rural land prices range from VND 513,000/m2 to VND 4.112 million/m2 depending on the road, location, and locality.
The new land price table will be applied from September 17.
It is known that the adjustment of land prices is to suit the actual situation in the locality, balance taxes and fees for the people, approach market prices, and increase the ability to attract investment in the real estate market.
