Mr. Nguyen Duc Tien, Chief Inspector of Quang Nam province, said that this is the 10th unscheduled inspection, carried out following the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee of Quang Nam. The inspection period is from the time these projects were approved for investment until now; related issues before and after the inspection period are also examined.
The inspection aims to identify difficulties, obstacles, responsibilities, and legal obligations of the investors, as well as other issues related to the projects. This is to promptly rectify and handle them in accordance with the law for the three projects, which include:
First, the Residential Area No. 1 in Dien An Ward, invested by Thien Vy Production – Trading – Service Co., Ltd.
Second, the Cau Hung – Lai Nghi Residential and Service Area (phase 1) project, invested by Saigon Thanh Dat Agricultural Investment Joint Stock Company.
Third, the Viêm Minh – Hà Dừa Urban Area project, invested by Dien Ban Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company.
The inspection team, consisting of six members, will conduct the inspection within 45 working days. The Chief Inspector of Quang Nam province emphasized the purpose and necessity of the inspection activities and requested the inspection team to strictly comply with the regulations of the inspection team, as well as the confidentiality and communication regulations during the inspection process.
Especially, a specific work program should be sent to the inspected units, with reasonable working arrangements to minimize the impact on the work of the inspected units.
The Chief Inspector of Quang Nam province also proposed that during the inspection team’s performance of their tasks, related units should closely coordinate and appoint authorized officers to directly work with the team to provide reports, documents, and records as requested, so that the team can complete their tasks as planned.
