In Vietnam, J&T Express is also recognized as a top international express delivery brand. The company strongly focuses on investing in infrastructure, information technology, and a nationwide delivery network, offering efficient delivery solutions, especially with the upcoming peak shopping season.
At the vehicle handover event, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Strategic Director of J&T Express Vietnam, shared, “J&T Express identifies operational capability investment as a key strategy to provide effective delivery solutions, particularly during the year-end peak shopping season.” Mr. Tuan also stated that the brand would continue to invest in modern equipment and infrastructure to meet the nation’s delivery demands.
The final months of the year witness a surge in consumer shopping, accompanied by numerous online shopping promotions, resulting in increased delivery demands. Understanding this, J&T Express has strengthened its investments in equipment, infrastructure, and transit networks to enhance its service capacity, ensuring optimal delivery time and efficiency.

This investment batch includes trucks renowned for their high performance and spacious cargo compartments. The diverse truck designs enable the brand to optimize cargo transportation. The chosen truck model is equipped with a powerful engine, fuel efficiency, and advanced safety features such as the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) and Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD). The vehicles also meet emission standards and are environmentally friendly.
As part of its long-term strategy for operational capability investments, J&T Express will introduce one of the largest operation centers in Northern Vietnam in Q4 2024. The center’s operation will expedite regional cargo transportation, ensuring faster and more accurate deliveries to consumers, enhancing the company’s reputation and competitive edge.

In 2024, J&T Express has not only invested heavily in equipment and infrastructure but also prioritized technology development to optimize customer support solutions. For instance, the brand has transitioned its delivery and order management system to the J&T Express VN Pro app, offering new features for convenient usage and efficient order management. Additionally, the brand launched its first loyalty program, providing exclusive benefits and discounts to customers, such as gifts and shipping vouchers.
After more than six years in the Vietnamese logistics market, J&T Express has expanded its express delivery services to 63 provinces and cities nationwide. With a customer-centric strategy and continuous investments in service quality enhancement, the brand has become a trusted partner for numerous e-commerce platforms and prominent brands. Currently, J&T Express is the only delivery company in Vietnam to achieve a 100% on-time delivery rate, as per the 2023 Postal Service Quality Report by the Ministry of Information and Communications.
