Unlock the New iPhone 16 with Exclusive Offers at FPT Shop and Zalopay’s Offline Event

At exactly 00:01 on September 27, the official VN/A iPhone 16 Series reached customers through Apple’s authorized retail systems in Vietnam. Thousands of Apple fans queued overnight to be among the first to get their hands on the latest iPhone. During the initial launch, the majority of the devices sold were expected to be delivered to customers who had pre-ordered since September 20.

With the mission of providing customers with the opportunity to own Apple products with a professional and convenient shopping experience, FPT Shop, in collaboration with Zalopay, presented the event “Upgrading to iPhone 16”. This was also FPT Shop’s first official offline event for the iPhone 16 Series launch, with Zalopay as a special payment partner, held on September 28 and 29 at the ground floor of Van Hanh Mall, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City.

Customers who purchased iPhones at the event and chose to pay via the Zalopay app received an instant discount of up to 1 million VND directly on their bill. Additionally, FPT Shop and Zalopay offered a range of attractive promotions and activities for visitors, such as high-quality cases and covers from renowned brands like YVS UAG, Spigen, UNIQ, and Switcheasy, available for only 16,000 VND and 160,000 VND respectively; free screen protectors for iPhone models up to iPhone 14; and a lucky draw program with exclusive gifts from Zalopay, including tote bags, glasses, notebooks, handheld fans, and phone stands.

On the very first night of the iPhone 16 launch at FPT Shop and F.Studio by FPT, nearly 1,000 orders were delivered to customers. The system anticipated delivering an additional 20,000 units in the first three days, demonstrating the immense popularity of Apple’s newest offering.

Prior to the launch, FPT Shop and Zalopay had jointly implemented a pre-order program for the iPhone 16 exclusively for Zalopay Priority Diamond users. Hundreds of Zalopay participants who pre-ordered were among the first to receive their iPhone 16 devices starting September 27 from the FPT Shop system.

Following the two-day event in Ho Chi Minh City, the “Upgrading to iPhone 16” event, organized by FPT Shop and Zalopay, will move to Hanoi in early October 2024 at TASCO Mall, Long Bien.

The collaboration between Vietnam’s second-largest digital retail brand and the leading payment platform aimed to create an intimate and comfortable space for customers to experience the products firsthand. Notably, by accepting payments via the Zalopay QR Multi-purpose Code, which supports transactions from all banking and e-wallet applications, FPT Shop and Zalopay enhanced the cashless payment experience for FPT Shop customers in general and Apple enthusiasts in particular.
