**Nine Enterprises Announce Dividend Payouts for Week of Oct 28 – Nov 1:**

According to statistics, nine enterprises announced dividend lock-in periods for the week of October 28 – November 1, with all dividends to be paid out in cash.
Gia Lai Hydropower JSC (UPCoM: GHC)
has announced a 20% dividend payout for the first phase of 2024, equivalent to VND 2,000 per share.
With nearly 47.7 million shares in circulation, the company is estimated to pay out over VND 95 billion for this dividend round. The ex-dividend date is set for November 1, and payments will be made on November 22, 2024.
As the largest shareholder of GHC with a 62.53% stake, Dien Gia Lai – the parent company is expected to receive nearly VND 60 billion in dividends from this interim payout.
Vietbrand JSC (ABR)
has declared October 31 as the record date for an interim cash dividend of 20% (VND 2,000 per share) for the fiscal year 2024. The ex-dividend date is October 30, and the expected payment date is November 21.
With 20 million shares outstanding, the company will distribute VND 40 billion in dividends to its shareholders. Quang Thai Development JSC, holding 39.7% of ABR, will receive nearly VND 16 billion, while Dong Duc Development Private Enterprise will earn almost VND 10 billion from this dividend due to its 24.75% ownership.
Petrolimex Construction Group JSC (PCC)
announced that November 1 is the record date for the 2023 dividend payment, with a payout rate of 15% per share (VND 1,500 per share). The payment date is scheduled for November 14, 2024.
With 11.5 million shares in circulation, the company will distribute VND 17.2 billion in dividends to its shareholders. Petrolimex Construction and Trading One-Member LLC, which holds 30% of PCC, is expected to receive nearly VND 5.2 billion. Meanwhile, Petrolimex Insurance Corporation and Mr. Pham Minh Tam, Chairman of PCC’s Board of Directors, will pocket VND 1.7 billion each, as they both own 10% of the company’s capital.
