The rental price framework for social housing in Binh Thuan province has been announced, with rates varying depending on the type of housing and number of floors.

For detached houses, the monthly rental price per square meter ranges from VND 18,600 to VND 19,400 for a single-story house and VND 55,300 to VND 78,000 for a 2 to 3-story house.

As for apartment buildings, the maximum rent for a 5-story building (without a basement) is VND 52,800 to VND 90,900 per square meter per month, while a 16 to 20-story building (with one basement) will cost between VND 83,100 and VND 143,100 per square meter per month.

The rental prices for accommodation for workers in industrial parks also vary depending on the number of floors. For a maximum of 5 floors, the rent is between VND 49,500 and VND 90,900 per square meter per month, and for buildings with 16 to 20 floors, the rent ranges from VND 70,600 to VND 140,700 per square meter per month.

It’s important to note that these rental prices do not include management and operation service fees, insurance costs for fire and explosion, parking fees, fuel and energy costs, water charges, communication services, remuneration for management boards, and other service charges.

The subjects of this decree are organizations and individuals investing in the construction of social housing and worker accommodation in industrial parks, excluding those using public investment capital, trade union finances, and state agencies.

According to Decree No. 100/2024/ND-CP, issued by the Government on July 26, 2024, social housing apartments must meet certain requirements, including being designed and built as enclosed structures, complying with national technical regulations, and adhering to applicable standards. The minimum usable area per apartment is 25 square meters, and the maximum is 70 square meters.

With the rental prices for social housing apartments ranging from VND 52,800 to VND 143,100 per square meter per month, tenants can expect to pay between VND 1.3 million and VND 10 million per month.
