On November 16th, as part of the 1st Red Brick and Green Economy Festival of Vĩnh Long province, with the attendance of leaders from various ministries, departments, and the People’s Committee of Vĩnh Long, the walking street of Vĩnh Long city was officially inaugurated and put into operation from November 16 to 23, 2024, coinciding with the duration of the festival.

The walking street of Vĩnh Long city is located in the Phước Thọ Residential Area, on Phó Cơ Điều street, ward 3, Vĩnh Long city, Vĩnh Long province. This walking street boasts a green and refreshing atmosphere, spacious sidewalks, and iconic landscapes of Vĩnh Long. Additionally, the surrounding infrastructure is well-developed, featuring prominent rows of townhouses, a commercial center, and a modern supermarket, offering visitors a convenient space for strolling, relaxation, shopping, culinary experiences, entertainment, and recreational activities.

As part of the 1st Red Brick and Green Economy Festival, various cultural and entertaining activities were held on the walking street, attracting locals and tourists alike. These activities included exploring the art and architecture of red brick; promoting and introducing red brick products, a contemporary heritage of Mang Thít district, famous in Vĩnh Long; street music performances; a photo exhibition on Red Brick and Green Economy; displaying agricultural machinery, tools, and inventions by local farmers; and a night food street offering diverse and appealing menus.
The operation of the walking street introduces a unique cultural product of Vĩnh Long province, contributing to the realization of the local green and sustainable economic model.
On this occasion, T&T Land Phước Thọ (a member of T&T Group) – the investor of Phước Thọ Residential Area, officially inaugurated the first phase of the project. This is the first real estate project developed by T&T Group in the Mekong Delta region.
