As of the close of the trading session on November 19, with the share price at 19,900 VND/share, the total value of the inherited shares by Mr. Cường amounted to 218 billion VND.

It is worth noting that the former chairman, Nguyễn Thiện Tuấn, passed away on August 10. On August 19, Mr. Cường (born in 1982), who was then the Standing Vice Chairman of the Board, was elected as the new Chairman and legal representative of the company.

Prior to these events, the Board of Directors passed a resolution regarding DIG’s financial investments in 2024. As a result, DIG announced the completion of increasing its ownership stake in DIC Hospitality from 78.3% to 99.9%.

In the third quarter of 2024, consolidated net revenue decreased by 80.11% to 47.28 billion VND, while profit decreased by only 7.23% to 11.23 billion VND.

Specifically: Real estate business revenue decreased by 48.35 billion VND, or 38.35%; Construction products revenue was 1.6 billion VND; Service revenue decreased by 3.19 billion VND, or 74.43%. These factors led to a decrease of 49.94 billion VND, or 38.06%, in net revenue for the third quarter of 2024. Additionally, financial revenue increased by 17.13 billion VND, or 214.09%, and selling expenses decreased by 16.84 billion VND.
