Vingroup announces the establishment of VinRobotics, a subsidiary specializing in robotics and artificial intelligence with a charter capital of VND 1,000 billion.

Vingroup holds 51% of the shares, while Mr. Pham Nhat Vuong owns 39%. The remaining 10% is divided equally between Mr. Pham Nhat Quan Anh and Mr. Pham Nhat Minh Hoang. Mr. Ngo Quoc Hung is appointed as the Director of VinRobotics.

VinRobotics focuses on research, development, and technology transfer, particularly in automation, industrial robotics, and AI. The company manufactures and integrates smart robotics and AI solutions to optimize production processes and enhance efficiency in various industries, services, and daily life.

Alongside technology development, VinRobotics aims to enhance applications for businesses, optimizing their processes and boosting productivity. The company’s clients include not only entities within the Vingroup ecosystem but also enterprises from other key economic and industrial sectors.

VinRobotics aspires to become a leading provider of intelligent, high-tech products, and solutions in Vietnam and the region.

Mr. Ngo Quoc Hung, Director of VinRobotics, shared: “In this technological era, high-value-added products and solutions will significantly contribute to the overall development of society. The establishment of VinRobotics is a significant step forward, completing Vingroup’s ecosystem of high-tech industries, one of the three core pillars of the conglomerate, alongside Commerce and Services, and Social Welfare.

Currently, Vingroup is investing in the automotive industry, with VinFast leading the way in electric vehicles. The group is also active in smart technologies, including artificial intelligence and big data, with brands such as VinBigdata, VinAI, and VinBrain.
